Mark will join Ian Woodhead, David O'Connor and Mike Etherington-Smith at Hartpury College, on Monday 4th February 2013, in this prestigious line up of 'Eventing Royalty'!
The title for the 2013 forum is ‚Äö√Ñ√∫Journey to the Top", with this interactive day designed to benefit riders of all skill levels and ambitions, whether your 'top' goal is to win Badminton, or simply to compete at your first BE90, Intro, Riding Club or Pony Club event.
The day will start with “Top Dressage Coach” Ian Woodhead and his wife Heidi, who will present “How Both Ends Meet” - from the beginning to the finished product, helping those attending to understand how to establish the essentials that will enable them to produce top competition horses.
Then we will have the New Zealand 'Eventing Legend' Mark Todd, whose Show Jumping based demo “The Jumping Ladder” will address key tools in optimising both the Horse and Rider's Show Jumping performance, which is such an important phase in present day Eventing!
The day will finish with Mike Etherington-Smith, designer the 2000 Sydney and the 2008 Beijing Olympic cross country courses, as well as the 2010 World Games at Kentucky - and many other famous tracks, who will be joined by USA Olympic Gold Medal Eventer and the NEW Coach to the American Eventing Team, David O'Connor [back by popular request] in a “Course Designer vs Coach” scenario, where Mike will pose the questions and David will coach the solutions!
The annual International Eventing Forum is an essential date in the diary for both aspiring professional and amateur riders alike, so please put Monday 4th February 2013 in your diary, today!
